Minx Nail Wraps Review

I like that I can wear a flexible polymer film nail wrap without the application of acrylic gel or nail polish and that my nails will be protected from breakage and splitting. I also liked that the application only needed heat from my hair dryer to shrink the wraps.

However, even though the benefits of wearing nail wraps were positive I was hesitant because I thought they would be difficult to apply to my nails.

I mentioned my concern to one of my friends and she told me that she loved the Minx nail wraps. Said wearing them made her fingers and toes look fashionable and that I should watch the how-to video a few times. She assured me that there was no reason to go to a manicurist. Even if I made a mistake I could reheat the film with my hairdryer and reapply to my nail until I perfected the application.

Womens' Columbia Omni Shade Shirt Review

When putting outfits together for outdoor activities during the summer months I always shop for women's Omni-shade clothing by Columbia. I like quality made clothing that offers UPF 30 sun protection.  

The Columbia Omni-shade line of clothing does not wrinkle and I never feel overheated no matter what I am doing outdoors; gardening, hiking, or running errands.

Here is an outfit that I put together with a plaid pattern Omni-shade shirt by Columbia. Note the sleeves are rolled up and are kept in place with a button holder.

Style and Size

The Omni-Shade Shirt by Columbia comes in a variety of colors and prints. When shopping online for this shirt I have bought the plaid and other printed shirts. I like prints because their color patterns are cute. I tend to shop for the colors blue and pink or the mint and pink prints and basic solid colors.

The cut is feminine and semi-fitted. Last year I bought 2 of these shirts in a size medium and they fit fine everywhere except my bust. The buttons pulled. I eliminated this fit concern by wearing a camisole under the shirt which enabled me to leave this button open.

This year I bought the shirt in a size large and the overall fit is not as fitted and the buttons in the bust area do not pull. My husband says the shirt looks fine, but a little boxy.  If your bra cup size is a C then size up.

Wear the shirt untucked because the cut of this shirt hits the high hip and if you tucked it in then it would come untucked quickly.

Caring for Shirt

Machine launder shirt in delicate clothing cycle, cold water, and use no chlorine bleach. I do not put it in the dryer, instead, I hang it and let it "air dry"

Zazzle Ladybug Toddler Raglan Sleeve Shirt Review

Zazzle sells toddler clothing that is stylish and super cute. All of the shirts and other clothing styles feature artwork by designers which makes the toddler clothing unique. When you shop at Zazzle you view a variety of toddler clothing, however, there are no models so you have no idea what it looks like on a girl or boy.

Know that I searched the verified customer reviews on Zazzle and learned that the fabric used to create the toddler clothing is quality and that the print on the design is perfect, but not one person mentioned it the tee was running true to size. Nor did they mention how the tee held up in the laundry. 

I bought the toddler ladybug tee for a verified customer review. I needed to know how the shirt ran so I could note my findings at Zazzle as it would help my customers choose the right size.

My friend.s daughter wears a size 2T in fact. I was told that the 2T would be a good size. I checked the manufacture and it was noted that the raglan sleeve shirt for girls or boys ran true to size. I bought the size 2T and when the shirt arrived the toddler modeled the shirt with the black sleeves and ladybug design with black leggings and a red hair accessory. The outfit was darling however the size 2T was gigantic.

Will it shrink when laundered?

This sporty shirt is made from a 50/50 polyester- cotton blend. This blend resists wrinkles and gives the fabric a softness but due to the blend, I doubt it would shrink. Here is the review of the raglan sleeve ladybug shirt. The product information was given to me by my friend, the mother of the toddler that is wearing the tee.

“We received the ladybug shirt today! It is very soft and has a charming vintage look right out of the package! Doesn't have that brand new shirt stiffness. However, It does run big, sleeves are full sleeves on her and it's a bit on the long side.”

“This shirt has not been washed and the manufacturer recommends washing before wearing so I suspect that it will shrink. But if the shirt does not shrink an entire size after washing then I would advise everyone to just order a size smaller and it would be perfect! Know that It's never a bad thing to have a shirt be a little on the big side! Kids will always grow into it! “

Zazzle Everyday Toddler T-shirt Product Review

If you have not shopped at Zazzle.com for kids clothing then know that the t-shirts are Mom Approved for quality, durability, and style.

I am a product designer at Zazzle and started creating designs for baby, toddler, and kids clothing several months ago. I got into designing baby clothes when friends had asked me to make them t-shirts. Then my niece needed everyday t-shirts to be worn with jeans or leggings, but her mom preferred a tee with style or a print.

I designed a few tees for a 24-month toddler girl and ended up sending a white basic tee with a pink graphic Dahlia flower pattern to my niece. Her mom told me that she loves the Zazzle t-shirt for toddlers. The fine jersey is soft on baby’s skin and style is so cute with leggings, shorts or jeans.

The tee in the photo looks new, right? WRONG The tee you view is not new, I learned that the first time my niece wore this basic tee she dropped a grape soda on it. The tee was hand-washed immediately then hung outdoors in the sun and the stain was removed. The white tee with the pink flower has had many things spilled on it, but all the stains came out in the wash.

Know that this toddler t-shirt is loved by my niece, she pointed to the flower and asked what it was. Now she learned a new word “Dahlia”.

Wayfair Product Review - Bath Accessories

When it comes time to shop for home decor products I prefer to shop online, but when my favorite stores did not have what I was looking for, I decided to shop at a new website; Wayfair.com.  I had read several excellent reviews on the store and since they were having a sale, I thought why not check it out. The website design is very nice, and finding what I need was easy.  There was a variety of bathroom accessories and all were very good quality. 

I was shopping for a bath set for my guest bathroom I found Amrapur Egyptian cotton towel set that featured 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths.  When it comes to bath towels I prefer 100% Egyptian cotton towels because the weave is twisted to absorb the water quickly and also this enables the towel to dry fast. Plus the asking price was fabulous; the original price was $165. for these designer towels, the sale price was reduced by 85%. I bought 2 sets and got free shipping.

Know that the towels that I bought were not the fancy pattern but the blue set would compliment the theme of my bathroom perfectly. I am very satisfied with my bath accessory purchase. The quality of the towels was excellent, and the sale price was fabulous. If you are in need of decorations for your home, lamps, or furniture then I would recommend that you shop at Wayfair com because they have just what you need.

Aprons have come a long way because they are not just for cooking anymore. The apron of today has a fabulous design and it is meant to be worn to protect your clothing when you do crafts or work out in the yard.
