Cute Kid-Style Aprons/ Zazzle Product Review

 

This past winter holiday I bought my niece's darling snowman-designed aprons at Zazzle.com.  I bought the girl's specialty aprons that were personalized with their names and the girls loved their gifts.  Know that I had never bought an apron at Zazzle so I didn’t know what the quality was, nor did I know how the printing would turn out, but not knowing didn’t stop me from personalizing the aprons with the girl's names and shipping the aprons sight unseen.

The winter snowman design was adorable, the ink colors used in the printing were perfect and both girls were excited to see their names on the aprons.

The aprons are easy-care polyester with a twill texture finish. They come in three sizes small for kids, medium which is for an adult and hits above the knee, and large which is longer and hits below the knee. There is an apron size for everyone so if you want to create a "mommy and me" look.

The kids aprons designs aren’t just for cooking/baking cookies. They can also wear them when they are painting, planting flowers, or doing other activities where their clothes need to be kept clean

If you like cats then you will love a cat-designed t-shirt. All of the Zazzle-made shirts were created for the cat lover who believes that it's better to adopt a cat from a shelter than to buy one. I created this cat design from one collage art design. Each element is layered by hand to create this fall-season feline design

The t-shirt design features a pumpkin patch, a cut-out illustration of adorable cats, and a fall season tree background. The design is shown on a basic short sleeve black t-shirt.

Both my husband and I have this basic t-shirt and find it to be a comfortable tee that is perfect for everyday wear. This heavy-weight tee is made from 100% cotton. We find this shirt to be comfortable due to the loose fit and natural fabric.

Must Have High Waisted Capri Workout Legging

 Shop Zazzle for must-have high-waisted capri workout leggings and find amazing colors and designs. I bought a black denim print Capri legging at Zazzle and I love it. The feel of the fabric and the compression fit is not only comfortable but it gives me a perfect shape. Even my husband likes the legging. 

You bet the Capri legging is a must-have for every woman.

The legging wears well as I have worn them to power walk, exercise, and work in the garden, and after a whole lot of bending, I found that the knees did not stretch out. This legging kept its shape even though I squatted, twisted, and turned. The stretch recovery is wonderful and the waistband stayed in place, I didn’t have to pull it up which means the fit is excellent.

I washed the legging in the delicate cycle took it out shook and hung it to dry. After several washes, this Capri legging looks just as good as when I bought it.

I will definitely be buying another pair of Capri leggings for the warm days of fall. If you have not bought this style of legging you should. You will love the way the fabric feels on your skin and the way the compression fit makes you look. 

Know that I prefer black outfits and thought the buffalo plaid or zebra print Capri legging would be darling with a black tunic top and black ballet flats.

Vintage Style Roses with Gold Throw Pillow

The image is not perfect due to the age of the wallpaper, I did use photoshop to restore the photo and I think considering the age of the wallpaper the design is quite lovely.

A darling shirt for a cat lover

The short sleeve cat t-shirt (shown) is basic cotton with a relaxed fit. This shirt features a cutout photo of an orange tabby cat and an overlay of tulip flowers and a butterfly. Here is a black sweatshirt that I created from a photo of my Pitbull dog. The sweatshirt is exactly what I need during the winter and I really like that, I could customize it with a photo of my dog.

As far as fabric and care the sweatshirt as it's made with 10 ounces of a cotton-poly blend. The inside is textured like fleece and I think it makes the shirt feel cozy and warm. The sleeves are set in with a double-needle stitched neckline and the bottom band really helps to keep you warm.

I recommend washing the t-shirt and the sweatshirt in the permanent press cycle, cold water, and tumble dry on low heat.

Beer Steins For Daily Use or Occasion Gifts

Beer steins come in a variety of styles, and shapes and are made out of stoneware, pewter, porcelain, glass, and ceramic. Some have hinged tops with a thumb lever that is used to open the lid so that you can drink from the stein. and others have open tops. Steins are used for drinking beer however at my house we use them as a display on our mantle and in a glass case. Rarely do we drink beer from them but that is not to say that we have not enjoyed them over the years during the holidays and at an Oktoberfest dinner.

The classic beer stein that you would find in Germany or Bavaria is made out of stoneware and the designs are quite unique. The steins are usually sold for special occasions like a housewarming party, a holiday, or for a special event. Many people collect the steins because of their style and ornamental designs.

Since my husband is a collector I make a point to buy him a stein every Christmas. He has a few pewter steins with hinged tops that are from the early 1900s and are handmade German steins. These antiques never come out of the glass cabinet. They are truly prized for their craftsmanship. He also collects the Budweiser Clydesdale steins, the holiday series that began in 1980. Like any collector, my husband will buy steins that are part of a series, antique steins, and steins for everyday usage.

The beer steins at Zazzle are perfect for everyday use or for giving at a housewarming. birthday, Christmas, or another occasion gift. Gone Fishing – Menswear

Many men prefer to dress in t-shirts and khakis or jeans, they will go to their closet and pull out a plain Hanes tee, and “getting dressed” is done. I am married to a man who dresses like this and prefers that he wear a pattern on his shirt. So I designed a line of shirts for men. Here is a menswear tee that I refer to as “gone fishing”

My husband likes this quality-made shirt with double-needle stitching on the sleeve, neck, and bottom. The shirt wears well and is one of my husband's favorites.

My husband weighs 152 and is 5’11. He wears a medium and the fit is loose and comfortable. 

We laundered this shirt in cold water, a permanent press cycle, and dried it on low heat. Took out of the dryer when the shirt was damp, shook it, and put it on a hanger. It did not shrink and looks as good as new.
