Spring Style Black and White Fashion Look

I am a fan of dressing in black and white because it has a classy look that is always in fashion.

 Black is a must-have color in my closet and I like to coordinate black tops, bottoms, and dresses it with a variety of colors. This year I designed some basic black and white accessories that have been accented with the color red. These three colors work very well together. The red color gives the black and white a pop of color that looks fabulous.

Here is my spring-style black and white textile design.

The design features a black and white stripe with a border of red tulips. The spring style accessories. tote bag, minx nail covers, and slip-on sneakers (see below)  are perfect for this black outfit. I would suggest that you wear Minx red tulip nail covers or red nail polish and of course, red lipstick to complete the fashion look.

• Hair dryer (heat activation)
• Optional: tweezers for positioning

How to Apply Minx Nail Wraps

STEP 1 — Clean Your Nails
Use an alcohol wipe to remove oils, lotion, or residue. Proper prep helps the wrap adhere and last longer.

STEP 2 — Warm the Wrap
Use a hair dryer to gently heat the Minx wrap until it becomes flexible.

STEP 3 — Position on the Nail
Place the wrap on your nail, smoothing from the cuticle outward.

STEP 4 — Reheat to Seal
Warm the wrap again so it shrinks and seals to your nail.

STEP 5 — Trim & File
Trim excess and file downward for a clean edge.

Gone Fishing – Menswear

Many men prefer to dress in t-shirts and khakis or jeans, they will go to their closet and pull out a plain Hanes tee, and “getting dressed” is done. I am married to a man who dresses like this and prefers that he wear a pattern on his shirt. So I designed a line of shirts for men. Here is a menswear tee that I refer to as “gone fishing”

My husband likes this quality-made shirt with double-needle stitching on the sleeve, neck, and bottom. The shirt wears well and is one of my husband's favorites.

My husband weighs 152 and is 5’11. He wears a medium and the fit is loose and comfortable. 

We laundered this shirt in cold water, a permanent press cycle, and dried it on low heat. Took out of the dryer when the shirt was damp, shook it, and put it on a hanger. It did not shrink and looks as good as new.
